Nick Terkay serves as Cobalt's Vice President of Engineering, where he leads the strategic direction of the engineering organization, overseeing its transition from a leader in Pentest-as-a-Service (PtaaS) to a comprehensive offensive security platform. With over 15 years of experience, Nick is a seasoned engineering leader known for scaling teams, driving product innovation, and guiding organizations through significant growth phases. He has also founded and led startups in mobile app development and SaaS-based security services. His expertise spans engineering leadership, product strategy, and security compliance within both B2B SaaS and enterprise environments.

Nick holds his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
